| Thank
you for your interest in sharing information about your programs
with BRYCS.
To make resources more widely available to refugee-serving
organizations and child welfare agencies, and to facilitate
collaboration, we are asking organizations to share information
about themselves and their programs, past and present, targeting
the needs of refugee youth and children. The program descriptions
addressing refugee children, youth and families, and collected
by BRYCS become part of a searchable database available on
the clearinghouse website.
Click on
one of these links for the PDF versions of the forms: Organization
Description or Program
Description. Both will open in new windows; they can be filled out in Adobe Acrobat and emailed or printed and mailed to our office.
BRYCS reserves the right to edit descriptions and directory
entries. If you are part of a larger network, we may
share your program descriptions directly with your parent
organization so they can help spread the word about programming
possibilities.
A
PDF file of the permission form can be accessed in a separate
browser window by clicking here.
Close that window to return to this Web page. (If you need
a copy of the free Adobe Acrobat Reader for your browser,
please click here
to download and install the PDF reader.)
Mail
or fax a signed copy of the form, retaining a copy for your
records, to:

Program
Descriptions: A BRYCS Collaborative Project
The
information provided herein will be used in several ways:
in a BRYCS website monthly "Spotlight" and
"Sidebar" on promising practices, which are key
features of the website; a searchable database of programs
serving refugee youth and children on the BRYCS Clearinghouse
website; a searchable directory of organizations serving refugee
youth and children on the BRYCS Clearinghouse website; and
a form that can be shared with an organization’s parent
organization.
I
have created a description of a program which serves refugee
youth and children and am the copyright owner of that written
description, and I authorize and give my permission in perpetuity
throughout the world to United States Conference of Catholic
Bishops/Migration and Refugee Services (USCCB/MRS),
for
the BRYCS Project, to edit and to reproduce and distribute
in print and digital form (including but not limited to the
Internet) in whole, in part, or in an edited form, the written
description and other written information provided by me to
the BRYCS Project.
If photos of program activities
or copies of work, that are of or by children, are included
in the information provided by me to the BRYCS Project, I
assure BRYCS that my program keeps on file signed permission
from the children's parents to use these photos and/or work
for any program promotional publications and activities.
